2020 was crazy. We all had things go wrong but we also had some ups. One of the ups for me was becoming a brand ambassador for Tara. I had been in her Empowering Boudoir VIP Group for awhile and seeing the positivity from her and her business was amazing, so when she asked me to be one of her ambassadors of course I had to accept!! I wanted to be a part of this uplifting community she has created for women!!!
At first, I was nervous. I had to post these pictures for everyone to see! Never had I ever posted anything like that! I wrestled with the thought of backing out because I WASN’T CONFIDENT WITH MYSELF and worried OTHER PEOPLE WOULD JUDGE ME. But what’s the point in being worried about what other people would think of you?! If it makes YOU happy and makes YOU feel better about yourself then WHY WORRY about the opinion of others?
I said fuck it. Imma do it.
And you know what? I LOVED IT!!!! Even if nobody liked that I was posting pictures like this from each shoot, I still would have loved it!
I finally felt comfortable enough to not care.
The way Tara encouraged each ambassador every shoot was amazing to see! Yes she coached us but she also let us bring our own personality to each shoot. She recognized each of our talents and struggles and still encouraged us to step out of that deadly comfort zone! And with that, each girl became more and more confident, bright and empowered. This opportunity was everything I needed. And for that, I am eternally grateful!!!
